Its then important to get a full understanding of the affiliate landscape that you already have. (If you’ve got an active affiliate program)

We do this by doing an in-depth audit of your affiliates. We know that not all affiliates are equal, so its important to know which;

  • Affiliates are bringing in sales.
  • Affiliates are helping to build your brand.
  • Affiliates have potential to 10x their sales.

By going through all of your affiliates, we can then internally categorise them. This will then allow us to create a strategy around each category to help them grow.
